Geez, I thought Bends was their best album. Maybe I'm too much of a traditionalist. Ahh welll
I haven't heard much of their other albums, "Idioteque" I think it is, is one of my top 5 fave songs though. Amnesiac was alright, but the sort of thing I'd need to be in the mood to listen to.
I used to think RH were blatant Floyd ripoffs. All the trippy "experimental"/"hey, I wonder what happens if we do this..." records tend to sound alike to me, with a few exceptions. |
