Seem to be a lot of threads about this album - WOM Revisited - maybe could be merged?

I disagree! Listen to Bing Bang Boom from the Metro cd, Tree People. Check out his solo disc, Low Blow. Granted he has a different style than most of todays bassists but he comes from the old school Philly style of bassists. More groove related as opposed to soloing. But the man can play! Plus he's a disciple of Jaco (in his words). He may have just had an off day on this record.

I dunno, This thread is kind of a diverged topic based on the recording, the other threads that were just about "hey this CD is great! woo!" have all been merged(or sunken to oblivion), but I don't feel the need to clutter up a single thread when people might be looking specifically for jaco vs imitation jaco discussion.

That kind of said it all for me.

Yeah, that's "Wiggle Waggle". Listening to Jaco on that cut always brings a smile to my face.

Again-
...Oteil shoulda been on this project.
