Is this high school or college? Secondly, I know that song from somewhere! Is that a Brecker Bros. tune? Or a rendition of it?

The song is Ode to the Doo Dah Day, by Jim Beard, the keyboardist in the Michael Brecker band.

Other songs we played in the band include:

Criss Cross (Ray Obiedo)
Loose Ends (Mike Stern)
Beauty And The Beast (Wayne Shorter)
Teen Town (Jaco Pastorius)
Wabash III (John Scofield)
Friday Night at the Cadillac Club (Bob Berg)
Choices (Mike Stern)
Baja Bajo (John Patitucci, Chick Corea)
When All Is Said and Done (Billy Childs)
Hard Eights (Lyle Mays)
Peep (Michael Brecker)

And this semester we get to play:

Wind Spirit (John Patitucci)
Windows (Chick Corea)
Chromozone (Mike Stern)
Power Play (Eddie Gomez)
Jacob's Ladder (Cedar Walton)
