I really want to hear more of Django Reinhardt's work (particularly in conjunction with Stéphane Grappelli), but I'm a bit overwhelmed by the sheer amount of compilations which document his career. Ideally, I'd like one that is accessible, but comprehensive. I'm most interested in the Quintette du Hot Club de France. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. |
