There's a few bassists that I've been wanting to check out and thought I would look for a good starting place. I'm gonna go on a CD-buying spree and was wondering if folks could recommend titles that have what they feel is the best basslines by:
Paul Denman
Leland (Lee) Sklar
Robbie Shakespeare
Colin Moulding
John Deacon
Jerry Jemmott
Not to be picky, but please don't just say "get anything from *artist name*"...I'm the type of person who can sit in a music store staring at a bin for an hour if I don't know exactly what to pick up
