Hey just wondering if anyone can tell me about the studio. Like the equipment and stuff maybe some ideas. I'm cutting a demo around December or January. I was just wondering if their is a trick to it or anything. Just wondering stuff like that.

You are asking way to general of a question, The studio: Equipment, stuff, and ideas. Really really vague, considering the subject you're asking about is it's own art form. It's like asking how do you paint, how do you play the bass, etc.

Bring a tuner, and extra cable or two, change your strings about a week before, and rehearse to the point where you know the songs so well that you can concentrate on playing them with appropriate emotion rather than worrying about where your fingers are.

If you are playing with a full band and it's your first time in the studio, be prepared to not hear yourself perfectly -- so know the songs backwards and tune up between every take. Try playing with and without headphones and choose the option that you find more moving.
