Recording Connections

Hi Guys, I have some gear that I am not sure how to setup.
Here's what I've got:

1) Avalon U5 DI
2) MXR Limiter
3) MXR 10 band eq
4) Sans Amp DI
5) SVT Classic Head
6) G5 Powerbook/GarageBand
7) M-Audio MobilePre USB
8) Bass (duh)

In what order should I be linking these together to record directly to my mac through the mobile pre usb? Anything I should do in specific to the settings of the instrument in GB?
