Recording of my high school's jazz band

Thursday night we had our FBA jazz districts, which is where we get graded on our performance. My mom decided to pick up a recording of us (which I thought was kind of a scam, since it's $10 for only one band/three songs).

I took the liberty of uploading it for you all to hear! Tell me what you think.

The site has them listed in reverse order of what we actually placed, so Groovin' Hard was first and Get It On was last.

I think we sounded pretty good, and got a grade of two superiors and an excellent. That's really great considering my school didn't have a jazz band for awhile, maybe around five years.

Sounds great! Congratulations on your ratings. I just took my Jazz Band to festival (my first year teaching at this school) and I know how good it feels to hear from other people that you're doing the right thing and improving.

Do you happen to know who published and arranged the versions of Get It On and Groovin' Hard that you played? They would be a good fit for my band and I'd like to order them.
