I've played a concert before sitting in for another bassist, and I've performed in jazz band as well as in my orchestra. But this is the first time I've performed with a band of just my peers where we are all just on the same level. A bunch of 17 year olds having a kickass time.

Tell me if you like it. We cover sweater song pretty close for the first half and then we take it in our own direction and add a medley to it. It was one of our better songs of the night. All the songs are live, and we had five days of ever playing together before it. It was the greatest high ever.
On Walcott there is a cello/vocal break down on the actual recording and I was going to bow it on my upright but I got lazy. I wrote out my own lines over the chords and it has a very Bachish feel which is awesome because I've been working a lot with books on him.
