I always (and preminently) use cool edit pro 2 (or his big brother Adobe audition, but I find the cool edit to be more simple) to record my things, and also this time I made a song using ONLY my Rick 4003-Sansamp BDDI-Cool Edit Pro 2 on my laptop to record this song.

All you here is bass and computer drums samples, no keyboard!
let me know what you think about the song and the mixdown.

pretty cool IMO. nothing fancy, but kinda catchy. could be used as a nice open to a song. bass is to far down in the mix and that ride/crash that is tapping along with bass is to far up in the mix.
