Very nice! I used to be able to play that a lifetime ago- mid 80's. Haven't tried since I started playing again.

Fairly nailed it. You even have the hand position and posture down correct. Every little bit helps.

Thanks. It was tough to get through without a few glitches.
Sorry about the focus thing. The light was low because it was LATE and the camera couldn't make up it's mind.

Theres a few notes that I botched but I have to live with a few mistakes.

Great song, and great job, man!!

I often practice to that track as a warm up... to digital man... for some reason that one is tough for my little short fingers..

My son and I have been listen to a lot of Rush lately. Really enjoyed this one. Like the Rickenbacker, too. Post more if/when you do them. By the way, the focus didn't detract from the enjoyment.

Cool!

I'll be seeing them tomorrow night in Chicago.
I am planning on another vid hopefully this week. Time just got cut with some projects.

I had no idea that the focus was going out at times like it did.

Do you use the Geddy-style finger-plectrum (a la Animate) on some of those triplets?

Nice work! The out of focus effect was cool - like I was flashing back or something.

I really don't use that 'flamenco' style of Geddy's. I think once-in-a-while I might rake a bit across the strings for a few things, but it's all just straight fingerstyle.

Nice to see that the out of focus mishaps provided some mild mind altering symptoms. 14 minutes of focus for that could be damaging to the eyes.

I'm even more into it when I'm not recording.
