| Sans Amp for recording, do you use compression?

I love my Sans Amp. Has made recording bass close to pleasurable, but still struggling with bass sitting in the mix, to some degree.
Question: Those of you who use Sans Amp, do you use compression at all, tracking or on mix?
(I assumed it wasn't neccesary for some reason, because of Sans Amp "amp emulation"? but am I wrong?) |
