Here's how:
1) Get Firefox 1.5 if you don't already have it.
2) Install this plugin:

3) Get out of and then reopen Firefox.
4) Come back here, right-click and Install this javascript

5) Go to You Tube and view a video. You'll now see a red bar at the top of the screen telling you right-click to save the video. When you do that, just rename the file as [filename.flv] from the original get_video.php.
6) Download and install CinemaForge:

7) Open your .FLV file with CinemaForge and then click "Encode" to convert the FLV to a WMV.
That's all there is to it. It sounds like a lot, but it works easily.
