Anyone love The Seatbelts?

I am having a hard time finding any of their CD's for sale anywhere. Unless for a high price.

Here is a sample of their fine music.

What do you think about The Seatbelts?

You won't find it listed under "The Seatbelts" the music is written and arranged by Yoko Kanno. The Seatbelts are a group of japanese studio musicians who worked on some of her projects.

Here ya go;

Thanks for the link, but I was looking specifically for The Seatbelt version of her music. I cannot find a CD selling for less than $40 that isn't an import or used.

Yeah, good luck. I've got all the CBB cds (that feature The Seatbelts) and some of her others and got them for less than import prices in most cases but it takes luck.

I did see a deal on Ebay some time ago. It was CBB cd's (#1-#6) for the price of one import CD with a bonus CD. I would have bought it if I could have an Ebay account. Now it is gone and I am sad.

The Seatbelts only did the OST for all of Cowbob Bebop anime.

Try looking for the Cowboy Bebop OST's and you will find them.

And yes, they do have some really cool tracks, Tank! was one of the first songs I learned to play. Should continue learning more of them because they do have really nice bass lines.

I never knew Stanley Clarke contributed to the Cowboy Bebop soundtrack. The music is excellent with lots of catchy basslines.

Seatbelts are awesome. I didn't know that Stanley contributed. I find that the first CD of CBB is the best, actually. But yeah, their stuff is hard to find. Luckily.. I have it on vinyl.... : )
