Seether Remedy, drop D?

Sign in to disble this ad
My band learned the song Remedy by Seether. Tabs say drop D. When you listen to the recording it sounds even lower. But if you tune down past D it gets too low. (that and my bass string goes floppy)

Was this songs recording dragged or are they doing a little different tuning.

I'm not sure about that album, but most stuff off of their first CD was in Eb. Or at least that's what we played it in! Try that and see if it works out.
