Hey Bill, what a terrific live performance! I'm not much of a dancer, but couldn't stop tapping my foot because of the groove! I really enjoyed it and would love to have such a great quality live recording of my band.
Anyway,
here's my modest contribution. Recorded at my town's most important concert hall in early 2005. I uploaded that video to YouTube on August 1st 2009 to honor the memory of the pianist, my friend Jesús Alberto "Chucho" Rey, who died in his sleep that day (I created
this thread as well). I chose this video because among the live ones I have, it's the only one with direct from board audio, so it has a decent sound quality. BTW, and before someone asks, I haven't played many different double basses in my life, but at least on mine I can hear a very percussive "thud" when I use the standard pizzicato technique. I found it very inappropriate for that piece, so that's why I'm plucking the strings with an upward motion in that video.
Loved the recording, Bill. Thanks for sharing it!
P.S.: I've uploaded several live band videos to a YouTube channel I have for that purpose, but most of them have a poor sound quality because of the camera's live audio track. Anyway, you can check them out if you like:

Those ones with "Orquesta Rey & Rey" in the title are live performances with my tropical music band (Salsa, Merengue and Bolero). The ones with "Lobbuck Lou" in the title are from a rock band I used to play with. "Alfredo De La Fe en Bucaramanga" is an excerpt of a two-week old performance accompanying a famous Salsa violinist.
