just uploaded this cover of "Mind Eraser, No Chaser" by Them Crooked Vultures. JPJ is the bass ninja! he does some amazing stuff that's all so under the radar! I love this band...too much.

i don't know whats been going on with me lately, but Asian music has just been grappling my musical interest. anyways, here is a cover of an average song with a pretty beautiful melody in my opinion which made it very fun to come up with a bass line for it.

Here's an original song by my band. The sound quality isn't great, but it could be a lot worse, and the bass is pretty clear. I might get around to recording something a bit more flashy/bass orientated sometime soon.

Sounds great! Good bass tone, too.

My old band in August. I'm in the middle, vocalist is on the floor. Which worked out well seeing as he's about 6'5" and 250lbs of rage I want nowhere near me during a show

I actually liked it! Why? Beause the slapping was more old school inspired as opposed to all the mile a minute slappity dappity that gets posted here a lot!

I dig! Keep it up!

Found one :)

I think this is the only video of me playing the bass anywhere....needless to say I was pretty excited when I found it by chance This is an old recording of my church band leading worship sometime over 2 years ago. It's hard to hear the bass, but with some decent cans and playing in HD mode helps. Best part is around 2:50...bass sounds better : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r-qr7Sg4mgI

Hope you guys don't mind it's of "religious" nature.
HAPPY NEW YEAR

Here's one from each of the bands I'm in.

Charge of the Light Brigade: http://youtu.be/vqBrjK2gmr4 (This is an actual video, not a live performance. But it's me on the recording.)

White Cowbell Oklahoma: http://youtu.be/9UmoGTOaavU (Compiled from a few differnt GoPro camera angles - including a crowd cam - at the Serie Z festival in Spain this past November. Not the best audio but you'll get the jist.)

Cheers!
