| Slap it! Book notation different than audio examples??

I`ve got the book with the cd from a teacher it is an old book, it seems in some exercises what I listen in the track is not exactly what is written in the book.
For example in track 25, and page 15 exercise 7 I listen left hand slap, and that in the book is wrriten as an open E string.
Is a problem of the book??or I am listening wrong? |
