being honest, first thing they look out for is the looks, they are looking for someone that has it, imagine a looks that can stand aside in a picture of a SP promo photo shoot, any pro can play SP songs.

They should get that Japanese guy that wears the dresses and has the pigtails. His vid's are all over these forums.
