hey guys, I've long been a passing fan of trip hop and acid jazz, and I'd like to check them out further.
If you know of some good bands, especially more modern and experimental ones, I'd be much obliged if you posted some links.

So unfortunately, I don't have any recommendations on any newer stuff that has come out. But it's always worth it to check out latest ninja tunes offerings.

|  | Evil Alien | | Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Sacramento, CA | | | I think a lot of the original trip hop artists have moved on to other things, or have evolved into stuff that is "more trip and less hop" if that makes sense. i.e., still downtempo and moody, but more experimental and psychedelic, with fewer record-scratching noises and other cliches etc.
