Hi!
I work at a music-shop selling jazz, and today a customer wanted to buy records with solo bass performances, no band. Preferably contemporary music or modern jazz, upright or electric. Anyone have any recommendations for me, so I can please my customer next time he comes by?
Thanks!

The BEST solo bass album. I've never heard any argument to the contrary. Seriously. It's that good. |

It's called "L'orchestre de contrebasses". It's not solo bass performances but a band of DBs instead. Here goes a link from youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1BzaF9TAFlI
