I liked it. The intonation of the harmonics seemed well placed, which can be very tricky on that solo. Just don't try to rush it. It doesn't have as much soul when its rushed.

This gets done a lot. But I am going to use this thread for my new little myspace page. So far I have no friends hahaha. I will probably bump it as i add more songs. add me if you like it. post your thoughts here too!

I know that portrait of tracy isn't perfect. I intend on writing more music, Luddite's Lament is all I've got so far.

take some of the treble off of the bass, you'll sound way better.

anyhoo, I really like Luddite's Lament.

I put up two more songs recently, both are sort of aimless jams. "Azure" was recorded with my brand spankin' new SX SJB-57 fretless. It's LPB...yes I know I am a dork.

I think Azure has some promise...I will probably re-record it proper sometime. It was just direct this time.
Fromage bleu even has some sick drum work courtesy of fruityloops! ha ha!

Great stuff, Jack! I like playing this sort of "Zen Bassism" by myself as well. Listening to your recordings was very relaxing - In fact, listening to it feels a bit like actually playing along.

Take care!
