No but I'll do some. That was just a check-point recording for me. I'm shedding 3-4 hours a day (in between other stuff) on my bass chops and wanted to get a snapshot of my technique. (Conclusion: Sloppy but making progress).
I actually thought that was the parallel setting with both pickups on until I listened to the recording afterwards and thought "Boy, that sounds bright for both pickups" but then tried the switch and discovered it was on the bridge pickup!
I have to say that the tone of your bass is just !@#$ beautiful. It just has a gorgeous ring to it. Chords come out so clearly and the notes just seem to jump out at you. I have never played a bass before that had this quality to it.
