In case anybody is interested, this is a little old school for most of you but this is what I have at the moment:

Nice work, Wil! Not too old-school, although it would be good music to go shuffleboarding to

Nice. Did you do the backup band tracks as well? Nice playing and the bass sounds nice and even.

Dude, you're the only person who understands the vibe I'm going for.

Thanks guys...I'm going into my mac with a FastTrack USB interface and a Yammy mixer, same as always. The Fodera is really hot so I have no problem getting a strong signal.

The backing is an old Aebersold thing with Hank Marr, just imported into GB. Hank Marr beats Band in a Box by a country mile.

The Fodera has a really sweet, big warm sound...Christoph, you are totally right, nothing is like it.

I really dig the tunes Wil! The Fodera sounds amazing.

What kind of Mac are you using?

Good stuff Wil - your phrasing is really nice as are your chops, good balance between them and yes the bass sounds lovely - would be nice to hear you busting out in a live setting, home recording is cool but playing out is the best - I know I need to get out more right now...but I just bought a flat and I love staying in!

Keep it up dude - sounding great.

Oop! I didn't see this had been bumped. Thanks Bernie and Mike, you guys rock. I got this cool book by Hal Galper called Forward Motion and that seemed to help get my phrasing together a little better. It's a slow process for me. However, I really got alot out of that book.

I need to get some new live recordings happening, I have been gigging enough but have been really lazy about setting up the minidisc player...

Bernie, it's just a 2Ghz Core Duo Macbook with 1GBsdram...it runs Garageband great.

Great stuf Will.

I love it how everyone thinks it's a guitar you're playing...

Will, That is one of the tastiest solo's I've heard posted on TB. I like the fact that it is melodic and you that you build the chops section instead of just giving us a blowing fest. You could teach a lot of players improvisation here, including me. Thanks for putting this up.

Thanks Burke!!!

I really appreciate it man...still working on this stuff. Would love to come up and see the MI contingent sometime in the near future.

Here is some more. I won't clutter another thread with it.
