So around last year this time I had been listening to a lot of electronic music and also Bir Sir, which is Juan Alderete most famously of Mars Volta and Racer X, some of bass pop group that I just love. I decided that I want to start working on music similar to that and so I told myself by the end of last year I would have recorded an album of these ideas I've had.
I never ended up going that until last night. I've had a cold all week and decided that I was going to finish the entire album in one night. That's impossible but after being up from 10 pm to 4 am I finished two tracks. I might try and get all these demos done though by the end of year and actually make something. Oh also if anyone does listen, you should use headphones or good speakers or something or else it's a bit mushy cause it's all bass
It's all bass guitar with pedals and programmed drums. I also threw in the chasing amy I love you speech on bass pop 2 and doctor who quotes on bass pop 1. I had a lot of fun making it, hope you enjoy it.
nice work, I liked the voice samples. One recommendation: compress the drum tracks. The treble of the high-hat and symbols tends to bleed over a bit too much.
