Those of you that know me, know that I'm mostly thought of as a Rock bass player Most of the folks I've recorded with, fall into that category. I love playing Rock, Pop, etc.., but I also play other styles.
I recently got the opportunity to do something a bit different. I got called to do a session for an upstart Christian artist, named Kirk Ward. He's a young worship leader. He's not the best singer, but he wrote some good tunes, and smartly got really good guys to play on his record.
It was a lot of fun to do. We did it in two days, at Red Pill Studio here in St. Louis. I'm on bass, Joe Meyer on drums, and an array of great players covering the rest.
It's the bottom six songs on this Reverb Nation profile. I'd love you guys to check it out. Obviously, feel free to check out everything else, too. I'll be posting the new K's Choice album soon, too.
