Take a listen to anything on there, but particularly "Star Orgy of the Amazonian Queen" Tell me what you think of the bass riff opening.

This was the band I was in, before I quit because the guitarist was quite the jerk and too wild and the music got to be too repetitive and unchallenging. I'm looking for a more jazz-orientated band, more tasteful kind of sound.

I appreciate if you told me what you think, this is part of a CD we made last summer, so I betcha I wouldn't have messed up now, yadda yadda.

But we were/they still aren't popular because everyone around Lexington, KY digs Emo. Unfortunetly. Those clowns call themselves musicans, yet they don't even know the names of thier strings. I'm not joking either.

I thought the riff was pretty good, I think it would have sounded better fingered....err...fingerpicked, but I have an aversion towards slapping.
