Check out Victor Wooten's and Steve Bailey's "Bass Extremes" Instructional package. They do a lot of great interplay and Victor uses the tenor bass a lot. Very good tunes as well.

Yes, Norwegian wood is done with a tenor bass, along with "more love", "A show of hands", and "Sometimes I laugh". All of the transcriptions are in his book.
