No drums, and I was going for a corny "death/black metal" vibe. Sortof an interlude of sorts as it has no drums, so thats what I called it

Interlude (Strumming the Deathitar)

In many ways you could think of it as a sample of the guitar simming capability of the GT-10B.

You need to come down to Fredericksburg and we need to jam.

That's pretty awesome! Low-fi, but awesome.

Woah! What are you saying in the intro? It's an awesome touch to the song.

Also, what time signature are you using? I can't really figure it out, since there are no drums... Is there a reason you didn't want drums on it?

"Lo as I walk through the valley" (EDIT: its what I imagine Satan saying in response to Psalm 23:4 [http://bibledatabase.net/html/kjv/psalms_23.html]. Kindof a "so what you fear no evil? Im obviously not trying hard enough. Or something like that)

I honestly don't know the time sig as I just came up with the riff and that's it. I prolly could've done some drums with it, but I wanted to keep more of an "interlude"/free feeling to it. Sortof a rest from the drums, but still heavy and metal.

HaHaHa. At first I was like Whiskey Tango Foxtrot, but I listened to it again, louder on a computer with a better system and I like it. What kind of bass/amp you playing? What effects you running?

Just out of curiosity, I think you should try it out with drums sometime. I think it could sound really cool. But who knows? It's your song, do what you want with it!

Thanks Maki That my fellow supporting TB member is the GT-10B direct. Not out of the USB port, but out of the left/mono 1/4" jack to a mini 4 channel buffer/mixer deal, then right into the line in on my POS laptop. I haven't looked at what the patch has going on since it's just an EZTone patch with a wah module added. Mostly it seems to be just a bass->split with one side going to a pitch shift (dry+oct up+fifth above the oct up), guitar amp, and a LOT of verb/verbish delay. The other side just stays dry, with some EQ to make it REALLY bassy.

I listened to this again and I do still like it, so it works.
