Check out the Attack Goat clips in the wiki. I use flats with a pick. IIRC my English Muff'n ones might be with flats to. Some are with pick, others with fingers.

EDIT: maybe listen to the Para Driver ones I did too. They have a 50/50 chance of being done with flats....
