I love the sound of Knechtel on Mrs. Robinson. Does someone know the equipment he used on this recording? Wich bass, amp, effect (if he used one). Suggestions on how to simulate this sound or also welcome!
I have a 76 Rickenbacker 4001, a MIM Fender p-bass with darkstar pickup, a MIJ Fender jazz bass and a MIJ Fender Mustang. I'm using it with a Ashdown ABM 500 and 2 Eden cabs (4x10 and 1x15). |
