Which is the song(s) that you consider to be the eeriest ever?
I always thought Jon Hassell's work with Brian Eno made for some really scary music, e.g 'Shadow' from Eno's 'Ambient IV' album or 'Data Bintung At Jelong' from Hassell's 'Dream Theory In Malaya'.
Then I heard 'Musical Bovine Spongiform' by Nurse With Wound off the album 'A Sucked Orange'. Changed me forever.

if you're over 50 and first heard this in a movie theater as a teen,
....this ranks up there....

Still Life by Iron Maiden is a pretty creepy song.
