Spreading the Wood and Tronics love...

Didn't know whether to post this in basses or here, but seeing as I'm posting a recording I guess here'll do!

I picked up a Wood & Tronics Chronos 5 the other day and it's quite simply the best bass I've ever played. For my kind of writing (fusion) the tone and playability is to die for.

I'd thought I'd upload a rough clip of a new track (called 'Engaged') which will be on my next album, using the W & T. Apologies for getting carried away with the amount of notes in the playing towards the end, but this thing fills you with adrenaline with it's speed and ease-to-play!!

Apart from doubling the melody in the head (bass has a fair amount of phase on it there), the rest is just DI into Logic, via a crummy Edirol UA-25, with no effects of any kind. I think you'll agree the tone is gorgeous!! Or maybe it's just me...
