Charlie Hunter never ceases to amaze me...personally i think what he is doing is harder than what stu hamm and a lot of those tappers are doing, because with tapping, you can play the bass/guitar piano style, while Charlie is just doing a normal guitar technique...it seems like tappers have separate brains for each hand, while Charlie seems to have separate brains for all ten fingers!

i'm old-fashioned--bought the cd! I have almost all of charlie's stuff and was fortunate enough to see him live once. Copperopolis is not my favorite by him, but not his worst, either! (that goes to "groundtruther" project--too avant garde for my tastes) I appreciate charlie branching out as an artist, but I prefer the "groove" style to the "rock" style.
