After years of management problems & legal woes a company has aquired the rights to all the HotLicks stuff (not just Stu's) and is remastering & releasing them on dvd, with a bunch of extras - especially useful is the slowed down exercise mode. they took the exercises from the videos and slowed them down (keeping pitch of course).
So Stu's 2 videos - slap, tap & pop and Deeper Inside The Bass are now avail on dvd. You can find more info at

They are really great videos where he explains how to do a lot of the fancy pants stuff he does (and also plain old general stuff such scales, fingering, etc)
I know there are a number of other good hotlicks vids the company (music today) is working to get out.. so if there are others you are looking for you can go poking around and see what you can find. It is kind of sad when something like this happens - a great resource (book, video, porno) goes out of print mainly due to legal woes.
