Seriously,all joking aside.What a beautiful,tranquil place that must be.I could REALLY get in the "zone" laying some tracks there.And,that control room??Fuggetaboutit!!

don't know abt the rates.

i'm looking for the same condition (forest/countryside/seaside) soundrec in europe.

There were dozens of "destination" studios in the US and UK up to the 1980s and even 90's.

Most were killed by the availablity of PC based systems...not too many artists willing to spend $1Million on recording time when they could record in their own "studio" with great results.

Nowdays my band will occasionally record at my country home. Makes a big mess as we take over the whole place (cables, consoles, monitors, guitars and basses). Good sounding rooms. Fun, cheap, comfortable.

I'd save the fees and buy or rent your own place.
