Haha. Agree with this to the max. Cheese's arrangements are really awesome, oftentimes taking the song in surprising directions. A good example is the extremely happy version of Radiohead's "Creep" complete with whistle solo.
Having been rasied on the underground punk scene it's hard to find a band that hasn't done a cover. There's tons of covers of "Ace of Spades" out there for example. Some of the covers I've enjoyed:
Dillinger Four - Sally MacClennane (Pogues)
Jawbreaker - With or Without U2 (U2's "With or Without You" coupled with The Vapors' "Turning Japanese")
Jawbreaker - Into You Like a Train (REM)
Gotohells - Just What I Needed (The Cars)
Screeching Weasel - I Can See Clearly Now (Johnny Nash)
Jon Cougar Concentration Camp - Small Town and Hurts So Good (Jon Cougar Mellencamp)
Avail - Pink Houses (see above)
The Queers - Don't Back Down (Beach Boys)
Social Distortion - Ring of Fire (Johnny Cash)
Propagandhi - I Want You to Want Me (Cheap Trick)
The Lillingtons - Oh Boy (Buddy Holly)
Leatherface - True Colors (Cyndi Lauper)
Hot Water Music - Springtime (Leatherface)
