| Testing out new recording gear, comments on quality?

OK, i recorded this on my first take playing a piece i havn't played in a while on my upright bass. i made many mistakes and there are hardly any dynamics and the intonation is TERRIBLE. i was just choosing this piece due to its vast range in frequencies to test the microphones' range. i know its bad..but..can you comment on the quality? i'm using two c02 samson condensor mics plugged into a m-audio mobile-pre which is plugged into my laptop...thanks http://www.imgdump.net/music/2_sonata.mp3
btw i didn't bother to finish it, i was disgusted dwith the intonation =O and the volume is really loud so turn it down when your media player opens the file
