Yeah, that's been posted several times. That's Bill Clements.

He's pretty smokin'. I bought his CD. It's really good but a bit uneven since most of it seems to be of live recordings and improvisations. I love stuff like that though. I need to give it a few more listens to give a more accurate review tho.
