Was Opitate and undertow all recorded with a rickenbacker?I heard paul also used musicmans and was wondering if any songs featured that and what imperticulary was used on the song "hush"

I'm 90% sure he used a Wal on Undertow...Opiate might have been a Stingray, cause he was a poor bastard then.

Not sure about hush, though.

Paul D'Amour had a Rick and an Ovation Magnum. I have heard both have similar tones. I don't think he ever used anything else on the two albums he is on.

Yes, I don't think the Wal came on the scene until Justin did (the Wal used to record Aenima actually belonged to the bassist for Failure, Greg Edwards).

None of the recordings sound like a Stingray to me. I have a hunch that most of Undertow was the Ovation.
