The Midwest has been largely ignored by mainstream hip-hop, the underground is giving it a little recognition to the Midwest, but the scene's in Chicago, Minneapolis and Michigan are definately the best-kept secrets of the underground. Typical Cats, Athletic Mic League, Molemen and Blueprint are all on the up and up,hopefully they're get their dues soon.
