Tribute To Ronnie James Dio - "Rainbow In The Dark"

Sign in to disble this ad
Hi, everybody!

I'm new here, but I'll try to share something with you. This is one song of Ronnie James Dio, recorded by me and some other friends. It's just... something to say "Good Bye" to one of the most greatest singers in the history of rock&metal music. I'll be very grateful and will appreciate it, if someone check it.

Greetings!

Here it is:

P.S. I'm sorry if this is not the right place for this thread!

Nice. We're having a huge tribute with a bunch of metal bands just mix matching members to pay tribute to RJD. It'll be in Orlando on July 17th.

^ Yes, we also think about something like this - a live performance, but it's only a plan now. I wish all the best to you and your drummer.

I am 42 and grew up listening to RJD and Sabbath with Ronnie and I took my Son to see him with Black Sabbath a couple of years back and what a amazing stage presence that guy has.
The Ticket was Queensryche (one of my favorite bands) Alice Cooper and Black Sabbath,It was incredible how full the sound was from Black Sabbath with just one singer no backup and one guitarist truley legends for a reason.
Nice work on the Tribute.

Nicely done! Good vocals too.

One thing: That piano sound isn't working. It needs a square wave/string sound.

Nice work on the Tribute.
Thanks! In 1998, Ronnie had a show in my town, Sofia (Bulgaria). It was first BIG concert for me and he has a special place in my heart.

Yes, we know this keyboard piano blend is not the same as the original one, but we decided to keep it.
I'm happy to hear (O.K. - to read ) that my friend on vocals, Philip, done good work! It's so hard to sing Ronnie's song, and to not sound comically. Thanks for the feedback!

Really really nice! I'm not a big metal fan, but had always liked RJD.

Very nice.

It was just like listening to RJD,... if English was his second language.
