Hi all - just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for music that sounds like Dave Koz - really liking his stuff - any other recordings that sound similar (and with better basslines)?

Well, I just love "That's the way I feel about you". Some similar songs, which come to mind, could be:

Brian Bromberg - Through the window (great bass playing)
Kayah - Twoja Dlon (Polish, I think; tasteful and slow)
David Benoit - Miles after dark
Laima - What's forever (great fretless)
Breaking News - Coffee Cup
Gato Barbieri - Europa
Chris Botti - A Thousand Kisses Deep
....

They're all quite smooth-jazzy "dinner-ish" songs.. You could also try Mark Turner's Ballad sessions, which feature some great upright playing..
