Anybody listen to this album yet? I may write a review for it later on since this is the first time I'm listening to it. So far it's awesome

I have it - have listened to it once. I think this one might be a "grower". At the moment its ok, nothing amazing but I am really hoping that view will change.

Edit: Just put it on again - yeah this album rocks! First few tracks have gone down well. "The Last Fight" reminds me of Hey Jude or an Oasis ballad. Yeah, more like a heavier version of the outro in "All around the world".

Digging up this thread

I thought it was good, had it's moments, etc... but nothing really mind blowing.

I'm a big fan of Duff. I have to admit though, that the Velvet Revolver stuff doesn't really do anything for me. I mean its good, and it grows on me, but its missing a certain sonic "bite"... Feels a little bit like it was "phoned in".

The thing I like about Duff is that he comes up with lines that don't necessarily follow the guitar or drums. He will on occasion but he more or less muscles his way through most songs.
