Recorded with my Ken Lawrence bass (older DR-HiBeam strings) through a DI.

Enjoy!

cool groove!

What DI did you use? That bass sounds good (past the extreme youtube compression).

Thanks! I'm using a Klark Teknik DI. The audio was recorded from that, direct to my M-audio delta 66 soundcard. Video was recorded with a crummy webcam, so it's not the best quality to begin with, but it works.

Sounds really good. I enjoyed your Jamiroquai tunes better, but this one´s very well done too.

Thanks. I've got a Jamiroquai vid that I'll upload soon too. Though it hurts to watch a little since I played it on the Elrick Singlecut I used to have, and I miss that bass now

I was just listening to this tune the other day and thinking what a great line it was, Chuck is the man. I dont suppose you have tab to that do you? I could likely figure out most of it from the vid, but tab wouldnt hurt if you have it. If so, shoot me a PM

Thanks guys.

No tabs for me though, I figure out all the stuff I play by ear. It's much more rewarding that way, I think

You sounded great Lokire. Those Chuck Rainey basslines are great but subtle. it's easy to miss alot of stuff.
