The tunes don't seem to be on his myspace, but when I look at your video, it seems like you're outrunning yourself a bit, especially when you shift to the 4th fret.

nice vid man! well, I think its pretty good, but try using a metronome and going slow with it, dont rush it. Your hand positions look like they are perfect, so i'd just work on it slower till the melody sounds perfect.
