That was a little too low tension, but I love the feel of very low tension so I did it that way. Worked great!
The camera just did the video actually. The audio came through my soundcard (M-Audio Delta 66) with a nice condenser mic. You can kinda see it, sitting in front of the bass on my leg.

The webcam I have has the option of choosing a different source for audio, so I used my soundcard (with the mic plugged in) for that. I always get great audio through this soundcard, though the video quality isn't the best.
