Video recording yourself

Hey do you guys think its normal to record yourself on video and think it sounds horrible but come back the next day and it actually sounds decent? This happens all the time it seems but just wanted to see if it was a common thing. Thanks

I've had that experience more with audio-only recording than with video, but yes, I think it's pretty common. I will play something that isn't quite what I meant to play, , but then after I get away from it for a day or two and listen to it again, it sounds fine. Then I just pretend that's what I meant to play
