I'm just checking out Viktor Krauss' latest album 'Far From Enough' and it's really cool. He's obviously the brother of Alison K and I've heard he's got great chops on double bass
but this is a really groovy album of sweet Americana, kind of rolling, atmospheric grooves, with lots of feel and texture. It also features Alison Krauss, Bill Frisell and Jerry Douglas on slide guitar - a really nice change from your average bass-led albums - really helping my day shift down a gear, though I still have a ton of stuff to do!
