Hiromi Uehara has recorded a new album with Anthony Jackson and Simon Phillips entitled 'Voice'. Due in stores on June 7th, 2011.

I'm really excited to check this one out! I've always felt that Hiromi was best in the trio format and I'm glad to see her getting back to that. I've longed for the day that AJ and Hiromi would work on a complete album together and it has finally happened!

Hiromi is hands down my favorite modern jazz composer right now and Anthony Jackson just kills, so I'll be all over this like white on rice.
